Through our webshop we process privacy-sensitive / personal data. We, Laenen Music & Electronics VOF, are dedicated to safeguarding the privacy-sensitive / personal data of our customers. This data will be handled with most care and the highest security.
We comply with the requirements set by General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) , what a means that we:
- limit the collected information of privacy-sensitive / personal data to only the most necessary for legitimate purposes
- first ask you for explicit permission to process your personal data in cases where your permission is required
- take all necessary security measures to protect your privacy-sensitive / personal data and ask to do the same from third parties who process personal data for us
- respect your right to provide your personal information, correct it or completely delete it.
Use the personal information we collect about you?
We request and receive certain information from you while you are visiting our webshop. Some of this information may be personal data. We use and save the personal data that you did directly input in the context of the service you requested or when it is clear that it is provided to us to process the service.
The following information is used by us for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement:

For main parts of our webshop we require you to register first before you can access them. After you have completed the registration, we will save the personal information you provide via the username you have chosen. We store this personal information so that you do not have to enter it again on your next visit and to contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.
We will only provide the data linked to your username to third parties if it is necessary for the context of the implementation of the agreement that you have approved or when this is legally required. In case of suspicion of fraud or abuse of our webshop, we can hand over privacy-sensitive and personal data to the concerned authorities.
Our online portal in our webshop gives you access to a management environment where you can input, specify, change and delete your own personal information and privacy-sensitive data.
In addition to the information on our website, we can also use the personal data to inform you of our new products and services by e-mail, social media or by mailing to your postal address. If you do not wish to receive mailings, both analog and digital, please change your account information by disable the wish to receive newsletter. In our commercial e-mails and newsletters, we use a 'tracking pixels'. This pixel allows us to see whether an e-mail is being read or not. Based on this information we can change our mailings and newsletters in the future to adapt it to your wishes.
Contact form and newsletter
In our webshop you are able to submit a question by using the contact form. We ask you voluntarily to provide some personal information, but at least your e-mail address to be able to reply. The send data will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is necessary to answer and process your question.
We offer a newsletter to inform you about our products and services. Every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe form our mailing list. Your e-mail address will only be added to the mailinglist with your explicit permission.
We do not publish your privacy-sensitive / personal data.
Our webshop displays advertisements of third parties. Your privacy-sensitive / personal data will not be shared with these third parties.
Data sharing with third parties
We can share on your data to third parties and our partners who are involved in the processing of the agreement. When these partners are based outside the EU, we do have strict agreements with them to comply with the European privacy rules. Part of these third parties and partners are social media channels, which collect data by use of the social media buttons inside our webshop.
To see how our webshop I used by the visitors and improve our services in the future, we use Google Analytics to track visitors. We have signed a processor agreement with Google with regards to how we handle our and your data. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained information for other Google services and anonymized the IP addresses to improve your privacy.
We have taken strict security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. Access to your personal data is protected with a username and password and we use a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection, which protects all your personal information data send to our server.

Viewing and changing your data
To prevent abuse of the option to delete all personal information, we can ask you to identify yourself. In terms of accessing personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question, which can be found in the settings of your browser. If the details of the send cookies are not correct, you can ask us to change the data or have it removed.
